We offer returns within 7 days of delivery – dispute to be raised before returning the item.

We will give 7 days from the delivery date to ship back the deliveries,   

After receiving the information, our team will preview all the details for replacement or refund.

To keep your item available for return, you’ve to maintain the following:

  • Keep the original packaging

Our brands will be required to export the demanded shipment according to TRMT requirements,

We will cost 0$ shipping fees to deliver all your orders across KSA,
Once we receive the ordered cargo,

We will handle all shipping processes and tracking to help save tons of time and effort off the brand’s shoulder

TRMT brands will be responsible for paying all the shipping costs to our warehouses in KSA,
Once we receive the shipment, we will deliver the goods to the retail outlets.

We offer retailer free 7 days return policy from delivery day, which includes unwanted, damaged, and missing items, The brand will be responsible for the exchange and refund process for the returned items via debit note.
